I fell from a ladder about 3 months ago and have experienced an uncomfortable and dramatic change in my penis. It now twists at the mid-point and is painful to raise upward. My urologist today (8/25/09) said it is typical of injury even though I never felt any pain from that area. He has perscribed a med and wants to see me in 3 weeks. He will inject me and examine me erect. I cannot have sex with my wife because of the acute bending and the pain that accompanies intercourse. I am 63, but am not ready to give up on sex.
