Hello- After confirmed plaques on exam in Birmingham ALabama,I began vacuum therapy and use of a topical cream. I have had 12 intophoresis treatments and start injection therapy next week. The vacuum device has fixed part of the forward penile bend but I still have about one painful episode of  a spontaneous erection during sleep. I was before treatment having 4 or 5 per night and it was horrible. I have regained some of the lost length using the device, but I do find it ucomfortable. No counseling on those stretcher "torture" looking devices......any info on that from site readers? WIsh there was a support group for like this ED ones in some cities....itsit just to rare for lots of folks to have who are close together?Place I go said they had 300 patients last year alone.....
