Dr. Carson,

I've had peyronies for about 14 years - I am 70. It resulted from a penile injection of pavarine for erectile dysfunction. It is located on the the bottom left side of my penis. I have about a 10 degree bend to the left. I have no pain and I can get firm erections with viagara.

My question is: After 14 years of essentially no change in the shape of my erections do you think that the disease could possibly take a turn for the worse. What are the odds of the scar causing the hour glass effect after all these years?
